I'm convinced that they stopped making music when I got out of college (1984). Every place I go, they seem to be playing music from before 1985.

I rarely read fiction. I read lots of non-fiction how-to books.

Mostly older movies. I have two children, ages 2 and 7. I don't have time to go to the movies.

Deer, pheasants, turkey 

I usually hunt close to home. Kansas and Missouri mostly. 

I won't go into the woods without my custom ear plugs. I had them custom made at an audiologist for $85.00. They allow normal conservation, but cut out harmful sounds. 

I have a Sage fly rod and reel combo that my sisters gave me. 

I have some Wolverine insulated boots that are perfect for active winter hunts. For sitting in a stand, I have some of those boot blankets that go over them. 

My Marlin 336C 30-30. It has the micro-groove barrel. It is extremely accurate within range. I used to have one of those goofy see through scope mounts. I finally wised up and got rid of it. Accuracy shot way up.

First off, I'm the guy who started AmigoMaker.com. I hope you like it. Email me with questions, comments, or concerns. I like to hunt and fish. I guess I prefer hunting more than fishing. I usually get out deer hunting a couple of days each year. I used to bow hunt when I was younger and single, but just don't have time for all of the scouting and practicing that bowhunting requires. I really enjoy upland bird hunting. And of course there's nothing like being in the woods at sunup during the Spring turkey season with turkeys calling all around you. I only went waterfowl hunting once, but would like to go again. Would love to hunt flooded timber for ducks. As far as fishing goes, I prefer fly fishing. I just feel like I have something to do swinging that rod around when the fish are not biting. I consider myself to be excellent at fishing, although I'll have to admit that I'm not as good at catching. Finally, I live in the city, and I'm just glad to have an excuse to be outside for a day. While I enjoy harvesting game, I'm not one of those people who gauges their fun by the quantity or size of the game they harvest. That would take all of the fun out of it for me.

Hunting and fishing. Don't have time for much else.

I am just happy to catch something. 

I prefer streams over lakes.
